Our program is dedicated to supporting Muslim immigrants in Japan by providing Japanese language education tailored to their cultural and religious needs. We aim to foster meaningful communication, cultural understanding, and successful integration into Japanese society while respecting both Japanese culture and Islamic values.

2. Inclusivity & Respect

We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful learning environment. Students, regardless of religious background, are welcome. Our curriculum and activities are catered towards the needs of Muslim Immigrants living in Japan, but anyone that wishes to join is welcome to!

3. Curriculum & Teaching Approach

Our program offers comprehensive Japanese language instruction with a focus on practical communication skills for daily life. Special emphasis is placed on:

• Survival Japanese for work, school, and everyday interactions as a practicing Muslim

• Understanding Japanese social customs while maintaining Islamic values.

• Learning vocabulary and grammar required for JLPT certifications

Classes are conducted by experienced instructors who respect and acknowledge the diverse backgrounds of our learners.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive learning atmosphere, we expect all participants to:

• Treat fellow students and instructors with kindness and respect.

• Honor religious and cultural differences, promoting mutual understanding.

• Muslim students should practice proper adab and observe proper hijab.

• Engage in learning actively and responsibly, fostering a cooperative classroom environment.

• Avoid discrimination or offensive behavior, ensuring that every student feels safe and valued.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us—including names, contact details, and enrollment records—will be used solely for educational purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

6. Accessibility & Support

We strive to make our program accessible to all Muslim immigrants in Japan by offering:

• Classes at easy to attend times.

• Scholarships or financial aid for eligible students in need.

• Student discounts for currently enrolled highschool or university students.

• Community-building activities to support cultural adaptation and belonging.

Additionally, students are encouraged to reach out if they require extra language assistance or cultural guidance.

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

• The subscription renewal date will be set automatically based on the date of the student’s first payment.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

• The Subscription Cancellation form is available on the Contact page HERE

• No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.

• No retroactive refunds will be provided to students who forget to cancel their subscription on time.

＜不良・欠陥による返金＞
本サービスはデジタル商品であり、基本的に返金対象外です。不具合などがございましたら個別に対応いたしますので、上記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

初回お支払い日が毎月の更新日となります。お支払いはその日までに行ってください。支払いに失敗した場合、自動で再試行される14日間の猶予期間があります。この期間が過ぎても支払いが完了しない場合は、プログラムから除外されます。
(The renewal date is based on the original subscription date. There is a 14-day grace period for failed payments, after which access will be revoked.)

• 各スピーキングセッションの定員は8名までです。需要に応じて新たなセッションが追加される場合もありますが、確約はできません。
  
  

• プログラムへの参加には申請が必要です。申請内容はThe Muslim Minorities Missionsの目標との整合性に基づいて選考されます。
  
  

• 本プログラムの利用にはインターネット接続が必要です。現在はGoogle Classroomを使用するため、Gmailアカウントが必要ですが、独自プラットフォームを開発中です。
  (Each speaking session has a max capacity of 8 students. New sessions may be added based on demand but are not guaranteed.
  Program entry requires application and selection based on alignment with The Muslim Minorities Missions' goals.
  Internet access and a Gmail account are required for participation via Google Classroom. An original platform is currently in development.)
